Effective date: 2026-01-22
This Privacy Policy explains how this calendar application, lexcv.cal, (the “App”) handles information. The App may communicate with Lexcv servers hosted on lexcv.co for limited operational purposes, including checking subscription status and/or free-trial eligibility.
If you choose to connect a Google account, the App accesses Google Calendar data through Google APIs in order to provide calendar functionality.
The App requests the Google Calendar scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events, which allows the App to read and write calendar events.
When enabled by you, the App uses Google Calendar data to display your events and to create, update, or delete events that you choose to manage in the App. The App uses this access only to provide or improve the App’s calendar functionality.
Device identifier for subscription/trial checks. When needed to operate subscriptions and free trials, the App may send a device identifier to Lexcv servers. Lexcv servers may store the device identifier and the time it was first registered (epoch milliseconds) to help determine whether a free trial is available.
The App does not collect advertising identifiers, precise location data, or third-party tracking identifiers for advertising.
The App may communicate with Lexcv servers on lexcv.co to check subscription status and/or free-trial eligibility. The App is designed so that your Google Calendar event content is not sent to Lexcv servers.
The App is designed to work without sending any calendar information to us. If the App reads or writes calendar events, that data stays on your device and/or within your platform’s calendar provider (for example, your Google account), subject to your device and account settings.
The App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or external tracking services for advertising.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except that Google (your chosen calendar provider) receives data as part of providing the Google Calendar service and APIs.
Device identifiers used for subscription/trial checks are shared with Lexcv servers (our service provider/processor for operating the App).
We do not retain Google Calendar data on developer-operated servers. Calendar events remain in your Google Calendar account (and/or on your device) until you delete them or change them.
Device identifiers and the associated first-registration time (if collected) are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate subscriptions/free trials and prevent abuse, and may be deleted or anonymized as our systems are maintained.
You can revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party access). After access is revoked, the App can no longer read or write your Google Calendar data. You can delete calendar events at any time using the App or directly in Google Calendar.
We design the App to avoid transmitting personal data. Any data you create remains on your device and/or in your account’s calendar provider according to your platform settings.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
